Andrew Meissner - Finance and Principal Mortgage Broker
TASC Financial Group ® was formed in 2022 by Andrew Meissner with the goal of enhancing the financial well-being of their clients. As Mortgage Brokers their role is to find a tailored solution that fits with their clients goals and objectives.
TASC Financial Group was named after the first names of Andrew's immediate family, Tracey, Andrew, Summer and Cooper.
TASC Financial Group's primary goals are to:

- Being proactive and ‘hands on’ by working closely with you
- Tailoring our recommendations to suit your specific needs
- Put you in a better financial position than you were
Outside of work, Andrew spends some time on the golf course and running the kids around to the various sports after school and on weekends. Andrew was a former Top 30 nationally ranked tennis player as well, that led him to play College Tennis in South Carolina on a full scholarship, and Coach in a prestigious New York Country Club for 3 years.
Micah Laresma - Senior Broker Associate
Micah joined TASC Financial Group as a Broker Associate in 2024.
Micah does a lot of the behind the scenes work, such as loan processing, and ensuring pricing for our valued clients remains competitive over the years.
In Micah's free time, she enjoys writing stories and poems, and is a keen cook and gardener.
Cristel Mae Medallo – Broker Associate
Cristel joined TASC Financial Group in October 2025 after a strong 2 years’ experience working for another brokerage in Melbourne.
Cristel will be assisting Andrew and Micah in supporting our clients from an administrative standpoint. Cristel will write Home Loan applications, manage pricing, valuations and comparison reports.
Cristel describes herself as a homebody who enjoys watching Korean-Dramas, which helps her relax and recharge. She really enjoys her quiet time, but still enjoys going out every now and then, spending time with a few close friends.
